Maa Baglamukhi Aarti

जय जय श्री बगलामुखी माता, आरती करहुँ तुम्हारी।
पीत वसन तन पर तव सोहै, कुंडल की छवि न्यारी॥

TRANSLATION:

"Victory to Mother Baglamukhi! I perform your Aarti. You are adorned in beautiful Yellow Garments (Pitambara), and the divine earrings (Kundal) on your ears glow with a unique radiance."

कर कमलों में मुदगर धारें, अस्तुति करहिं सकल नर-नारी।
चम्पक माल गले लहरावे, सुर नर मुनि जय-जयति उचारी॥

TRANSLATION:

"You hold the heavy Club (Mudgar) in your lotus hands to crush negativity. All men and women sing your praises. A garland of Champak flowers waves around your neck, while Gods and Sages chant 'Victory to You'."

त्रिविध ताप मिटि जात सकल सब, भक्ति सदा तव है सुखकारी।
पालत हरत सृजत तुम जग को, सब जीवन की हो रखवारी॥

TRANSLATION:

"All three types of suffering (Physical, Mental, Spiritual) vanish instantly. Devotion to you brings eternal joy. You Create, Sustain, and Destroy this universe; You are the protector of all living beings."

मोह निशा में भ्रमत सकल जन, करहुँ ह्रदय महँ तुम उज्यारी।
तिमिर नशाबहु ज्ञान वड़ाबहु, अम्बे तुम ही हो असुरारी॥

TRANSLATION:

"People are lost in the dark night of Delusion (Maya). Please light the lamp of wisdom in my heart. Destroy the darkness (Timir) and increase my knowledge. O Mother, you are the slayer of the Demons (Asuras/Ego)."

प्रेम सहित जो करहिं आरती, ते नर मोक्षधाम अधिकारी।
जय जय श्री बगलामुखी माता...

TRANSLATION:

"Those who perform this Aarti with pure love become entitled to Salvation (Moksha). Victory, Victory to Mother Baglamukhi!"
