• Full Name & Gotra (Lineage): To identify you in the spiritual realm.
• Date, Time & Place of Birth: For Horoscope (Kundali) analysis and Muhurta calculation.
• Current Photo: For "Tratak" (Concentration) during the Puja if you are not physically present.
• Contact Information: Phone number and Email for sharing proofs and updates.
