1. Cancellation Policy

Since Vedc rituals involve pre-booking of perishable items (Flowers, Fruits, Ghee) and assigning Brahmins, we request you to decide carefully.

  • 48 Hours Before Puja: If you cancel 48 hours before the scheduled time, we offer a 100% Refund (minus 5% gateway charges).
  • Within 48 Hours: Since materials are already purchased, we can refund 50% of the amount.
  • On the Day of Puja: No monetary refund is possible, but we can donate the food/prasad to the poor on your behalf.

2. Rescheduling Flexibility

Life is unpredictable. If you have an emergency:

You can reschedule your Anushthan ONE time for free, provided you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will move your slot to the next available auspicious date (Muhurat).

The "Prayaschit" Guarantee

If for any technical reason (internet failure, video quality issues), you could not witness the Sankalp properly, or we made an error in name pronunciation, we will repeat the entire Sankalp Ritual for FREE. Your satisfaction and spiritual connection are paramount.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed instantly from our side. However, banks may take 5-7 working days to credit the amount to your original payment source (UPI/Card/Netbanking).
